Self check-in via lockbox. Arrival code sent the day before your stay.

Minimum stay

Year-round. Shorter stays may be possible in low season — ask.
Cancellation
10 days prior
Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable.
Climate levy
€15 / night
April – October. €4/night November – March. Paid at check-in or included in your booking total.
Smoking
Outside only
Smoking permitted on the balcony or terrace only. Not inside the apartment.
Pets
No pets allowed
We do not accept pets at either apartment.

FAQ

We accept bank transfer (preferred for Greek and European guests) and card payment via a secure link. We'll confirm payment details when we reply to your enquiry. No payment is taken until we've confirmed availability and agreed the booking. Cash upon arrival is also accepted — this must be agreed before booking confirmation.
The climate levy (€15/night Apr–Oct, €4/night Nov–Mar) is a statutory fee applied to all short-term rentals in Greece under Law 4895/2022. It's not optional and goes directly to the state. We keep it clearly separate from the room rate so nothing is hidden in the nightly price.
Yes — just ask when you enquire or message us a few days before. We'll do our best to accommodate depending on arrivals and departures around your dates. When the apartment is free before 15:00 or after 11:00, we're happy to be flexible at no extra charge.
There's no private parking at the property. Street parking is generally available in the Nea Chora neighbourhood, though it can fill up in peak summer. There are also private paid parking spaces available in the surrounding area. The old town is walkable so many guests find they don't need a car at all once they've arrived.
Absolutely. If you're travelling as a larger group and want both Devina 1 and Devina 2, select "Both" in the enquiry form. We can arrange a combined booking and make sure both are ready for your arrival at the same time.
The nightly rate includes the apartment, all utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly linen change (for stays over 7 nights), and a starter kit of coffee, tea, and basic essentials. The climate levy is listed separately. Cleaning on departure is included.
Chania airport is approximately 30 minutes by taxi, costing around €30. We can arrange a transfer if you let us know your flight details in advance. There is also a regular bus service every 30 minutes between the airport and Chania's central bus station (KTEL), which is a 10-minute walk from the property.
Devina One features a comfortable sofa for a third guest (not a sofa bed). Devina Two features a sofa bed for a fifth guest. An additional fee of €30 per night applies for the extra guest in either apartment, to be confirmed at booking.
